The U.S. ranks 4th in banana production

According to FAOStat.org  in 2008, the U.S. produced 3% of the worlds bananas.  In addition to Cuba, Cypress, Occupied Palestinian Territory and Israel, the United States  ranks fourth out of ten countries.   Turkey ranks first, with a banana production rate of 6%.

So you mean to tell me that if Turkey is number 1, then the Cook Islands, with a population of 20,000 people is second or close to it, with 5% of global banana production? The “US ranks fourth out of ten countries”, fourth out of ten for what? Are you thick?

The student who prepared that particular chart was new to such data analysis. In no way was she “thick,” as you so crudely put it.
