The U.S. ranks 7th in broadband growth

According to the OECD, broadband subscription rates in the United States increased by 3.26 per 100 inhabitants between December 2007 and December 2008. That rate of growth makes the United States rank seventh in that category. The Slovak Republic ranks first, with an increase of 3.81 per 100 inhabitants.
