The U.S. ranks 2nd in linseed oil production

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, in 2007 the United States produced 150,000 tonnes of linseed oil, or 21.4% of the world total. That’s enough to make the United States rank second in that category. China ranked first, producing 150,749 tonnes, or 21.5% of the world total.
