The U.S. ranks 13th in chick pea imports

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, in 2007 the United States imported 16,001 tonnes of chick peas, which made the United States rank thirteenth out 0f one hundred and sixty nations in that category. India ranked first, importing 145,605 tonnes.
