The U.S. ranks 2nd in raisin exports

According to the USDA, in 2009-2010, the United States exported 150,000 metric tons of raisins, or 21.6% of the world’s total raisin exports, which is enough to make the United States rank second out of twenty ranked countries in that category. Turkey ranks first, exporting 250,000 metric tons, or 36.0% of the world total.
