The U.S. ranks 121st in government spending

According to the Heritage Foundation’s Index of Economic Freedom, 2011, the United States has a government spending score of 54.6, which makes the United States rank one hundred twenty-first out of one hundred seventy-nine ranked countries. Burma ranks first, with a government spending score of 98.1.

Interesting. I can’t find the documentation on their Website which explains this field in their index, compared with their field (under the macroeconomic data tab) on government expenditure as a % of GDP. The latter makes sense to me, the indicator you report here doesn’t make sense to me.
