According to Earth Trends, in 2007 the United States had 8,493 organic farms, this was enough to make the United States rank seventh. Italy ranked first with 45,231 organic farms.

According to the World Health Organization, in 2007 the United States had 252,422,509 registered vehicles, which makes the United States rank first in that category. China ranked second with 145,228,944 registered vehicles.

The U.S. ranks 1st in merchandise imports

According to Earth Trends, in 2006 the United States had 1,919,427 millions of U.S. dollars in merchandise imports, which makes the United States rank first in this category.

The U.S. ranks 2nd in cocaine seizures

According to UNODC, in 2006 the United States made 21% of the world’s total cocaine seizures, enough to make the United States rank second in that category. Colombia ranked first, with 26% of the world’s total cocaine seizures.

The U.S. ranks 1st in blueberry imports

According to FAOSTAT, in 2007 the United States imported 35,155 metric tons of blueberries, which was enough to make the United States rank first in this category. Canada ranked second with 18,914 metric tons of blueberry imports.
