The U.S. ranks 33rd in cream

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, in 2007 the United States had a cream supply of 7102 metric tonnes, which makes the United States rank thirty-third out of one hundred fifty-four ranked countries. Germany ranks first, with a cream supply of 530,629 tonnes.

The U.S. ranks 2nd in milk production

According to data gathered between 2001 and 2003 by the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, the United States produced 76,487,000 tonnes of milk, or 12.7% of the world’s total milk production. That was enough to make the United States rank second in that category. India ranked first, producing 87,733,000 tonnes of milk, or 14.6% of the world total.

The U.S. ranks 26th in dried milk

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, in 2005 the United States produced 14,700 tonnes of dried milk, which makes it rank twenty-sixth in that category. New Zealand ranks first, producing 609,000 tonnes.

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United States, in the period from 2001 to 2003, the United States exported 2,074,000 tonnes of milk products, or 3% of the world total. That was enough to make the United States rank tenth in that category. New Zealand ranked first, exporting 11,308,000 tonnes, or 14% of the world total.
