The U.S. ranks 66th in religious diversity
According to the Pew Research Center, the United States has a religious diversity index score of 4.1, which is enough to make the United States tied for sixty-sixth (with the Czech Republic and Nauru) out of two hundred thirty-two countries ranked in that category. Singapore ranks first. The top ten most religiously diverse countries are:

The U.S. ranks 21st in children’s accidental deaths
According to the World Health Organization, 10.3% of all deaths of children under the age of five are caused by accidents, which makes the United States rank twenty-first in the world in that category. Nauru ranks first, with 19.4% of all young children’s deaths caused by accident.
The U.S. ranks 41st in female tobacco use
According to data gathered in 2005 by the World Health Organization, 21.5% of American women over the age of fifteen use tobacco, which makes the United States rank forty-first in that category. Nauru ranks first, with 52.4% of women using tobacco.
The U.S. ranks 5th in government spending on health
According to the World Health Organization, in 2005 the United States ranked fifth in terms of government spending on health as a percent of total government spending. Nauru ranked first.
