The U.S. ranks 62nd in prevalence of HIV

According to the World Bank, 0.6% of the U.S. population between the ages of 15 and 49 had HIV in 2007, which makes the United States tied for sixty-second with Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Switzerland, St. Lucia, and Uruguay in that category. Swaziland ranks first, with 26.1% of the population between the ages of 15 and 49 living with HIV.

In the world as a whole, 0.8% of the population between the ages of 15 and 49 are living with HIV.

The U.S. ranks 96th in offal consumption

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, the annual per capita edible offal consumption in the United States is one kilogram, which makes the United States tied for ninety-sixth in that category with close to forty other countries. St. Lucia ranks first, with 25 kilograms of edible offal consumed per capita each year.

The U.S. ranks 7th in poultry

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations, in the period from 2001 to 2003, Americans consumed 193 kcal/person/day of poultry meat, which made the United States rank seventh in that category. St. Lucia ranked first, consuming 251 kcal/person/day of poultry meat.

The global average of poultry consumption was 46 kcal/person/day.
