The U.S. ranks 28th in three year old students

According to Eurostat, 38.3% of all three year old children in the United States are enrolled in pre-primary schools, which makes the United States rank twenty-eighth out of thirty five ranked nations in that category. Belgium ranks first, with 99.6% of all three year old children enrolled in school.
